Services and Pricing

Student Health Services supports the basic health needs of ǧÃŬAV students and teaches prevention and self-help skills.

In addition to providing general health maintenance, our health professionals can diagnose, examine, and treat minor illnesses and injuries in students. Students will be referred to a nearby doctor, hospital, or their own physician if a provider determines after evaluating them that they need further testing or treatment.

Note: Flu shots are included in your student health fee for eligible students.

Services Available at an Additional Cost

Payments should be made at the Business Office by cash or check. The Business Office is located on the second floor of the  on the Dahlonega Campus, and in the on the Gainesville Campus.

Clinic Information

If you are having an emergency, call 911.

To Make an Appointment:

  • Contact the clinics during regular business hours.
  • 24/7 Scheduling through the . (You will be able to choose your clinic location inside the Patient Portal.)
  • Patients arriving 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be asked to reschedule.
  • Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are accepted as schedule permits.
  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged a $20 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee.

Monday - Thursday: 
8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (last appointment at noon)
1:30 – 5:30 p.m. (last appointment at 4:50 p.m.)

Friday: 
8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (last appointment at noon)
1:30 – 3 p.m. (last appointment at 2:30 p.m.)

*Doors lock at noon and reopen at 1:30 p.m.

Insurance Information

Students should have a copy of his or her insurance card with them. An available copy of your insurance card can be attached to your medical history form for information only. The clinic does not provide billing for insurance. The clinic does not treat auto-accidents or workman's compensation due to insurance requirements. The clinic does not fill out insurance claim forms. A school insurance policy is available for students to purchase.
