  1. On your new device, install the Duo Mobile app. You should be able to find it in the App Store on your phone.
  2. Using a computer, please visit Ç§ÃŬAV Information Technology 2FA page and click the link "Update your 2FA Account" on the righthand side of the page. Alternatively, you can select "My Devices and Settings" from any 2FA prompt screen. If the "Update 2FA Account" portal link does not work, please scroll to the end of this email and follow the instructions for using an incognito/private window.
  3. Sign in using your ǧÃŬAV username and password.
  4. Before you can make changes to your account, you will be prompted with a 2FA authorization request. Select “Other options”.
  5. Select “Manage Devices” and select an authentication method on the next page.
If your phone number has not changed, select the "Call Me" option and press 7 (seven) to authenticate the call. You may also select "Passcode", and then "Text me new codes". If you have another device enrolled in your Duo Mobile account, you can also use that device to accept the 2FA prompt. You will not be able to request a push until your device is reactivated.
  6. On the next screen you will see your devices listed. Select "I have a new phone" under the device that must be reactivated, then select “Get Started”.
  7. You will now be prompted to verify ownership of the new device. Please select "Call Me" or "Text Me" and authenticate again.
  8. The next page should ask you to download Duo Mobile. If you have already installed the Duo Mobile app, select "Next". If not, please install the app on your device.
  9. Open the Duo Mobile app on your phone and press the "+" button, then scan the QR code on your screen. Once successfully scanned, a green checkmark should appear over the code.
