Reactivate Duo Mobile

New Phone?

Text messages and calls for authentication will continue function if you have a new mobile device and have kept your old phone number. It is important to remember that the DUO Mobile App needs to be reactivated because it is associated with a certain device. You can reactivate your account by following the instructions in the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) video.
