Fitness Memberships - Dahlonega

With your community membership, you will have access to the Dahlonega Campus Recreation Center. This facility has a three-court gymnasium, an indoor track, two floors of strength training and cardio equipment, a bouldering and climbing wall, a large group exercise room, locker rooms, and table tennis.

Registration and Membership Information

Alumni and community members must register through the Professional & Continuing Education office in person or by phone. All members submit a completed Waiver (PDF) before entrance into the recreation center will be granted. 

Membership Card

Once the waiver is submitted, first time members need to visit Ç§ÃŬAV Card Services to obtain a swipe card for entrance into the Recreation Area. There is a one-time fee of $10.00 payable to ǧÃŬAV Card Services.

Parking Pass

Your parking pass will be mailed to you within three (3) business days after registration and must be displayed in your front window at all times while parking on campus during your visit to the recreation center. Visitors must park in the .

Policies and Guidelines

  1. Memberships and privileges are extended to alumni and community members who have paid the membership fee and signed the appropriate waiver. 
  2. Memberships may be purchased at Professional & Continuing Education.
  3. Memberships are good for one calendar year.
  4. The fee is not transferable and non-refundable.
  5. Fee payment entitles one to use the recreation center and locker room facilities only. 
  6. In order to gain access to the recreation center, each member must obtain a Nighthawks Card from ǧÃŬAV Card Services. *An additional one-time $10.00 fee is due at the time the ID is being made. The replacement fee for a lost card will be $25.00. (*Prices/fees are subject to change without notice.)
  7. Minor dependents, those under the age of 18, must obtain a ǧÃŬAV Nighthawks Card from ǧÃŬAV Card Services that indicates that they are a minor. When a dependent reaches the age of 18, a new card may be issued at no charge as long as the old card is returned.
  8. Age requirements:
    • Recreation Center: Participants must be age 15 or older to access the recreation center. Minor dependents under age 18 must be supervised by parent/guardian member at all times.
  9. Membership fees exceed $250.00; therefore, according to IRS regulations, is not tax deductible.
