Career Launch

A career bootcamp for high school students

Career Launch is a 13-week virtual boot-camp that assists teachers in preparing their students for mock interviews and engagement with employers. This program is designed for high school students as they begin to think about life after graduation.

  • What are employers looking for in new hires?
  • What skills are valuable?
  • Should I even go to college?
All of these and more are discussed in the program.

About the Program

Students will learn about career opportunities from seasoned veterans and recent graduates. They will see how CEOs and business owners view new hires, and also hear the challenges recent college graduates face in their first one to three years out of college.

Each module features a video, a video summary and discussion questions. This program is designed to be watched and discussed in a group setting, but it could also be completed individually. The program schedule is flexible and can meet the needs of individual course schedules.
