Overview

Jeff Morehead serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Visual Arts, teaching on both the Gainesville and Cumming campuses.  He teaches in lecture, hybrid, and fully-online formats.  Morehead employs a comprehensive teaching approach by incorporating various media in the classroom, bringing in guest lecturers, and introducing research assignments to promote active learning. 

While enrolled in the graduate program at the University of South Carolina, he worked as a graduate assistant and a teaching assistant.  Jeff Morehead’s graduate work focused on Leonardo da Vinci’s designs for stage machinery, particularly La Festa del Paradiso of 1490.
