ǧÃŬAV

Overview

Thalia was born in Teziutlan, Mexico and lived in Central Florida since 1997. She began working for ǧÃŬAV in October of 2014 for the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) as both a coach and a recruiter. Prior to ǧÃŬAV, she held a position in the Georgia Migrant Program working with migrant families and K-12 students and as a diversity recruiter for the Atlanta Metropolitan State College.

She currently serves as retention coordinator for CAMP leading the program’s retention initiatives. These activities include individual coaching meetings, study hall, cohort meetings and leading CAMP’s peer mentors.
