The Center for Teaching, Learning, and Leadership (CTLL) is planning to welcome more than 80 incoming full-time faculty to the 2019 Three-Day New Faculty Orientation (NFO). This three-day event will run August 6-8, 2019, with sessions at the Dahlonega, Gainesville, and Oconee campuses. While the three-day event is geared toward the needs of full-time and tenure-track faculty, all incoming faculty are welcome to attend. Highlights will include a promotion and tenure overview, networking opportunities with peers and leadership, and workshops regarding support services and faculty resources.

On the evening of August 15, 2019, CTLL will host an NFO designed for part-time faculty from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We're expecting more than 50 attendees at the Cumming, Dahlonega, Gainesville, and Oconee campuses. The 2019 Evening New Faculty Orientation will feature an overview of teaching resources and responsibilities, information on student records, and student accommodations.

For more information and to RSVP for either of these events, visit the New Faculty Orientation site.
